We've already moved to S/4HANA, which new functionality I can exploit for business value?

How do I educate myself and my team on S/4HANA so that we're less dependent on external consultants?

Trouble is, S/4HANA is super complex - there's new functionality, features, different licensing, a new UI, hosting options, and alien architectural  concepts to understand. Moving to S/HANA is a minefield - which is why fewer than 10,000 SAP customers have managed to move from ECC to S/4HANA in a decade.

If the remaining 25,000 are to move to S/4HANA in the next 5 years, something needs to change drastically.

AI is that change.

ChatGPT and MS Co-Pilot are generic LLMs, meaning they give generic answers.

S4SensAI uses Resulting's internal S/4HANA LLM which has been curated over 8 years of on 50+ S/4HANA Phase Zero engagements.

S4SensAI answers are more in-depth, fully aligned with SAP solutions, and intelligent enough to appeal Architects or your CEO.

The story behind the tech...

Resulting is the world's best loved independent SAP consultancy. We've helped more than 50 large SAP customers plan their move to S/4HANA including gaining exec buy-in with business cases for up to $100m.

In 2017 we started building our own S/4HANA knowledge platform using GraphDB technology (a building block of AI) meaning we accidentally started creating our own SAP LLM nearly a decade ago which became the foundation for S4SensAI.

Our consultants have been using and refining it on large S/4HANA projects ever since.

In 2026, we decided to release S4SensAI to SAP customers.

FAQ

What exactly is S4SensAI?

S4SensAI is a digital SAP architect

An AI engine built specifically for SAP S/4HANA, RISE, and Cloud Private Edition. It interprets Simplification Lists, Scope Items, Fiori Apps, and SAP roles to accelerate transformation planning and readiness.

How is it different from ChatGPT or other AI tools?

Unlike generic AI models, S4SensAI isn’t trained on internet text - it’s trained on SAP’s own Simplification Lists, Scope Items, and RISE documentation, plus over 8 years of Resulting IP.

Where ChatGPT “talks about” SAP, S4SensAI understands and structures it.

Do I need to install anything?

No installation is required. S4SensAI runs in a controlled environment and can operate entirely from your browser. It uses structured data and secured documents - not live system connections - so setup is near-instant.

Does it connect to my live SAP system?

No. S4SensAI doesn’t access production or sandbox systems. It analyses reference documentation and configuration data, meaning your system landscape remains completely untouched and secure.

How is my data kept safe?

S4SensAI uses an isolated, zero-retention architecture,  no customer data is stored, shared, or reused. Every query is processed within Resulting’s secure environment, ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and traceability.

What makes S4SensAI “Safer” than other AI tools?

It adheres to strict enterprise-grade controls - aligned with GDPR requirements and Resulting’s own internal data governance standards. Unlike open AI tools, S4SensAI never transmits knowledge or customer information to external networks. All processing happens within a controlled, zero-retention environment.

Who uses S4SensAI?

It’s designed for SAP project teams, PMOs, architects, and consultancies preparing or executing S/4HANA migrations. Users leverage it for simplification analysis, scope alignment, RISE role mapping, and upgrade readiness.

How does it actually make my project faster?

S4SensAI automates weeks of manual effort - instantly mapping Simplification Items, identifying impacts, and producing structured readiness outputs. Teams using it have reported up to 60% time savings during planning phases.

Why is it “Cheaper”?

By automating dependency checks, documentation, and validation, S4SensAI dramatically reduces consulting hours and rework. It’s the equivalent of having a digital SAP architect on tap - without the traditional consulting cost curve.

Can it replace my SAP consultants?

No. It amplifies them.

S4SensAI gives your team instant access to SAP’s collective intelligence so they can focus on higher-value design and delivery, not repetitive research and cross-referencing.
