About Avtar

Avtar began his career in finance transitioning into SAP consulting when he joined HCL Axon where he went on to lead the global commercial team. He joined Resulting in 2012, bringing with him a rare combination of commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the SAP landscape.  Qualities that have come to define his leadership style ever since.

During his time at Resulting, Avtar built hands-on expertise across a broad range of delivery disciplines, including PMO, Testing and Cutover. These have shaped him into a seasoned Programme Manager capable of leading complex, large-scale SAP programmes.  He subsequently took on the Head of Performance role, where he focused on laying the operational foundations for Resulting's growth ambitions by structuring internal processes and strengthening delivery frameworks to ensure the business was positioned to scale effectively.

Today, Avtar serves as Head of Delivery, driving capability development across the organisation's core disciplines, including PMO, Programme Management, Change Management, Data Migration, Architecture, Testing, Cutover, and Service Transition.

Strategically, his focus is to ensure that every customer receives an exceptional delivery experience, from initial engagement through to go-live and beyond.

With influence across all levels of the organisation and full accountability for the delivery portfolio, Avtar plays a central role in positioning Resulting as a trusted, embedded SAP delivery partner by bringing deep expertise and genuine commitment to every client engagement.
