CHALLENGES
Their challenge is to migrate their existing SAP ECC solution to S/4HANA, whilst improving their customer experience and ensuring all current business processes work in the new system. It is a technical migration which will incorporate some business improvements while creating a stable S/4HANA to meet their business requirements going forward
RESULTING SOLUTION
After an initial exercise to build a business process master list and highlight preparation activities to achieve a smoother transition to S/4HANA, Resulting are now providing business-side project management support and assurance together with additional subject matter experts as required by the university.
BENEFITS DELIVERED
The University of Warwick has access to the experts they need to support them while they deliver the migration inhouse, whilst retaining the majority of S/4HANA skills they need going forwards internally.
