Capgemini had gaps in their internal SAP Capabilities which were impacting delivery on their HMRC engagement. These included gaps in the Current Operating Model and a lack of Agility within SAP project delivery.

Working on Aspire / HMRC in an consulting capacity for two years with a focus on targeted improvements for the Aspire SAP Competence Centre with a drive for customer intimacy and a shift to more agile SAP delivery. This lead to a framework being agreed between Resulting and Capgemini for the provision of SAP services.
