CHALLENGES

As the World's largest specialist SAP Banking consultancy firm, Axxiome works with large clients for whom SAP provides a business critical service. Before go-live, many of Axxiome's clients require advice and guidance on how to establish an IT capability able to manage both Business As Usual support for SAP, and ongoing development and exploitation of the SAP Banking platform.

Because a SAP CoE capability is crucial to a successful SAP go-live and, ultimately, the reputation of the Systems Integrator (SI) partner, Axxiome required a consulting partner who could provide thought leadership on SAP Centers of Excellence for their clients, and operate in an independent manner as part of the Axxiome team.

Resulting provides expert SAP CoE consultancy to Axxiome clients. As part of the relationship, Axxiome and Resulting have invested in training a number of Resulting SAP CoE Architects in the principles of SAP Core Banking.

Whilst, all Resulting SAP CoE Architects have hands on SAP experience, enhancing their knowledge to SAP Banking specific functionality and transactions enables our consultants to zone in on the specific 'risk' functionality and to ensure that there is a strong rapport with in-house IT teams due to an ability to 'speak their language'.
