About Avtar

Avtar joined Resulting in 2012, having worked with members of the leadership team in his prior role.

Starting his finance career and spending time in business partnering roles,  Avtar transitioned to consulting in 2007.  Initially, he focused on advising clients on how to design and build SAP Centres of Excellence.

Eventually, he made his way to programme delivery. Doing varied roles across PMO, Testing and Cutover, Avtar built up a strong foundation working up to a Programme Manager.

In his current role as our Head of Delivery, he leads efforts to maximise value for both clients and staff members.

Strategically, he helps to ensure exceptional client delivery and equips employees with the skills to achieve that goal.

Tactically, he manages our recruitment, resourcing, knowledge sharing, and analyst training programme.

This allows him to influence all levels within the organisation and play a key role in supporting overall business growth.
